Questions people actually ask
How do I skip a delivery?
Two days before every delivery we email you a "Skip" button. Or one click in your account. A skipped delivery is not charged.
Can I change the coffee?
Any time, until midnight before roast day. The new coffee goes in the next box.
How do I cancel?
With the "Cancel subscription" button in your account. No phone call, no survey. You can also withdraw from the contract within 14 days, with one button.
When does the first box arrive?
We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays. The first box leaves after the next roast and arrives in 1 to 2 working days.
