Pick your kind of night.
The owl on the bag shows the character: the wider the eyes, the louder the coffee. The one asleep is decaf.

22:00
Warm-up.
The roaster takes 40 minutes to heat up. So do we.
23:30
First batch.
Third Shift, 12 kg. We log the temperature every 15 seconds and keep the curve for every batch.
01:00
Filter coffees.
Midnight and Up Till Dawn are roasted lighter and shorter, so they stay floral and juicy.
02:00
Cupping.
We taste every batch the same night. If it is not good, it does not ship. The only part of the job where we are fully awake.
05:00
Packing.
Valve bags, the roast date stamped by hand. That is why every stamp is slightly crooked.
08:00
Courier.
BOX NOW and GLS pick up the parcels. We go to bed. Your coffee arrives in 1 to 2 working days.
